About The Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of solutions in the Contact Center space. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities, technical expertise in IVR development, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.



The SDM will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to our clients, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting chance to work on cutting-edge contact center technologies, influence project outcomes, and lead a talented team dedicated to service excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager within a contact center technology environment. A solid understanding of IVR platforms such as Cisco CVP, Genesys, Avaya, or AWS Connect Lex is essential. Hands-on experience or a strong background in IVR and call flow development using VXML, Java, JavaScript, or XML is highly desirable.
