About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR practices, maintaining accurate records, supporting people initiatives,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. As an integral part of our HR team, you will contribute to creating a positive work environment and fostering organizational growth through effective HR management and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and employee lifecycle management.
Experience maintaining HR documentation and employee records.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS, or recruitment platforms is
