Position Summary

As an Executive Director in wealth management platforms, the candidate plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance platform capabilities and client experiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of creative solutions tailored to meet the esteemed clients and drive business growth.
The Wealth Management Platforms Head of DCEP PO team will serve as an escalation point to both the team and US-based Platforms partners, manage changing priorities, fluidity, knowledge transfer and be responsible for creating a culture of excellence and growth. With a span of control of 30+ FTEs, the role encompasses Strategy & Planning, Execution & Coordination, Stakeholder communication, Sign-offs & Risk Management. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for digital client experience platforms that align with the broader goals of self-directed services. Ensure the product roadmap enhances the digital client journey and supports business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and nurture a team of product owners focused on digital platforms. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to stay ahead of digital trends and client expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between the product team and key stakeholders, including technology, marketing, and customer service departments. Ensure stakeholder feedback is integrated into the product development process to enhance client experiences.
