KRAs

âFull P&L; ownership of the Conductors Business Unit with responsibility for strategy,

operations, and profitability.

âDevelop and execute the business plan to achieve growth, margin, and market share

objectives.

âDrive overall business performance covering manufacturing, sales, quality, and

supply chain functions.

âIdentify and capture opportunities in Power, Transmission & Distribution, Railways,

Renewable Energy, and EPC sectors.

âLead business expansion across domestic and export markets through channel and

institutional sales.

âOversee production facilities to ensure capacity utilization, quality, and operational

excellence (Lean, TPM, Industry 4.0).

âCollaborate with R&D; and Quality for development of advanced products including

AAC, AAAC, ACSR, HTLS, OPGW, and other specialty conductors.

âEnsure compliance with international standards and certifications while driving

product innovation.

âOptimize procurement, working capital, and cost structures to enhance EBITDA and

cash flow.

âBuild, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team fostering accountability,



innovation,

and collaboration.

Requirements
Experience:
- 18–25 years of experience in the wire & cable / conductors / power transmission industry.
- Minimum 8 years in a senior
leadership role with P&L; accountability for a manufacturing or
business unit.
- Robust exposure to conductor
manufacturing (AAC, ACSR, HTLS, AAAC, OPGW) and large project business.
- Proven track record in business
expansion, export development, and handling turnovers of ₹500–1,000+
crore.
- Sound understanding of quality
systems, cost structures, and supply chain dynamics in metals-based
manufacturing.
