Required Skills

âï¸ 7.5+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM

âï¸ Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes

âï¸ Valuable understanding of the ITIL framework and Service Management

âï¸ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

âï¸ Experience with scripting/programming and enterprise application support

âï¸ Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, or AI-assisted productivity tools is an advantage

âï¸ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
