Job Description:
The primary responsibility of the Technology Sourcing Associate is to execute best‑in‑class sourcing strategies and plans for technology and digital talent, with a strong focus on engaging passive candidates. The role is accountable for delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective, and timely hiring outcomes across a broad range of technology roles. Working in close partnership with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and fellow Sourcers, you will design and implement effective sourcing approaches specific to the technology domain.



Leveraging market knowledge and prior experience, you will continuously recommend enhancements to improve recruitment effectiveness while actively representing the Blackstone brand. This role reports into the Recruiting Lead.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in intake meetings to develop a deep understanding of technology role requirements, team structures, technical skill sets, and the employee value proposition.
- Recommend and execute tailored sourcing strategies for technology roles across software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and related digital functions.
- Source and engage qualified technology professionals for active requisitions, with a robust emphasis on passive talent.
