Scope:
- As a Support Engineer, you will be a key player in onboarding clients onto Blue Yonder’s Luminate Planning suite of solutions and providing ongoing support through our Data Science as a Service (DSaaS) offering.
- Our team currently consists of approximately 50 associates in India, part of a larger global team spanning the US and Germany, and is poised for rapid growth.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential, as you will mentor junior team members.

What you’ll do:
- Select, build, and optimize classifiers using advanced machine learning techniques.
- Conduct data mining using cutting-edge methods and tools.




- Integrate third-party data sources to enhance the company’s datasets when necessary.
- Refine data collection procedures to ensure relevant data is available for analytic systems.
- Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results clearly to stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns regarding forecasting issues and data quality, and build utilities to perform forecasting checks.

What we are looking for:
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., Linear Regression, K-Means Clustering, Naive Bayes).
- Proficiency in data science toolkits such as Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn (expertise in at least two is required).
- Experience in supply chain concepts and statistical analysis.
