Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Associate to fuel the expansion of our AI-first BaaS platform. This role is central to driving scalable, data-informed growth through innovative campaigns across digital channels. You’ll play a key part in shaping our go-to-market strategy, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and contributing directly to revenue outcomes. With a strong foundation in performance marketing, content, and analytics, you’ll work closely with founders in a rapid-paced environment that values experimentation, ownership, and impact.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute integrated growth campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels
- Develop and manage SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to increase visibility and qualified traffic
- Lead LinkedIn and social media growth initiatives with a focus on engagement and lead generation
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads,



and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Create high-converting content and landing pages tailored to B2B SaaS audiences
- Build and manage email automation workflows and lifecycle campaigns
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including MQLs, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline using GA4 and Mixpanel

Requirements
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in growth or digital marketing
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments preferred
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, content writing, SEO, email marketing, and landing page builders
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, basic HTML/CSS, and data-driven campaign optimization
- Strong storytelling ability, analytical mindset, and execution excellence
- LinkedIn-first approach to content and community growth
