This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Design Engineer. As a Structural Design Engineer, your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting structural analysis, designing structures, and / or collaborating with architects, and other stakeholders.
Responsible to work on all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering
- MTech/ME/MS in structures having relevant experience of 5-10 years.
- Experience in building industry is appreciated.
- Shall be proficient in ETABS, STAAD, SAFE & RCDC software.
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Shall be conversant of relevant building codes
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced and quickly-changing environment.
- Needed to adept at communicating with project managers and Design Consultants to develop and implement construction objectives.
Major Responsibility :
- Taking responsibility for leading and managing projects from Concept design stage, through development of design and all necessary stages (Master planning, concept design and Detail engineering) or applications for statutory approvals, specifications, tender process, including inspection of projects on site.
- Preparation of Structural working drawings including all details of structural elements for different Building projects including High-rise Tall buildings, IT& Commercial, Institutional, Data Centres etc
- Understanding the requirement of project and proposal of most optimized & efficient structural design solution.
