Key Responsibilities
- Technical
Support & Service: Respond to customer service requests, diagnose
equipment issues, and perform repairs in office or remotely.
- Maintenance
& Installation: Install, test, and commission new machinery and
perform routine preventative maintenance checks to ensure optimal
performance.
- Customer
Relations: Provide professional technical guidance, training, and
support to clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs, and installations.
- Feedback:- Give Site feedbacks back to
Engineering and Quality for improvement.

Desired Attributes
- Ability
to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency




in reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience
with PLC programming.
- Communication
skills to deal with customers.
- Open
for extensive travel in India and abroad.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma/ ITI in
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or troubleshooting
in a similar industry.
- Technical
Skills: Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and testing mechanical,
electrical, or hydraulic systems.
