Summary:

This role is centered on full ownership of SEO initiatives designed to elevate organic search performance across desktop and mobile platforms on leading search engines. The ideal candidate will drive the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies, leveraging data from web analytics to inform decisions and optimize visibility. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the role focuses on increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and contributing directly to broader business objectives. The position offers a adaptable hybrid work model—three days in-office and two days remote—and is open to both entry-level talent and experienced professionals, with compensation determined by experience level.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of SEO strategies for desktop and mobile websites.
- Conduct thorough SEO audits and deliver actionable, data-informed recommendations aligned with site structure and content goals.




- Design and implement content strategies that support SEO objectives, including targeted keyword research and optimization.
- Utilize key SEO tools such as XML sitemaps, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console for performance monitoring, diagnostics, and reporting.
- Spearhead on-page and off-page SEO activities to enhance search visibility, rankings, and organic traffic growth.
- Analyze web analytics to uncover insights that guide strategic improvements and performance optimization.
- Monitor search engine performance across major platforms and stay updated on evolving SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- Communicate project progress, timelines, and results clearly to stakeholders and team members.
