Role Purpose

To execute and coordinate logistics, production planning, warehousing, and dispatch operations for Ambasamudram. The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods, supports production planning accuracy, maintains inventory discipline,



and enables timely customer deliveries through strong cross‑functional coordination.

Principal Accountabilities
- Prepare machine‑wise spinning and twisting plans based on demand and raw material availability.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, QAD, Procurement, and Planning teams to ensure plan adherence and material readiness.
- Manage raw material, IUT, sourced yarn, and finished goods receipts in SAP with accurate documentation and reconciliation.
- Ensure FIFO, proper identification, and systematic storage of materials in the warehouse.
- Support GRS documentation, including recycled RM receipts, BLs, shipping bills, and Intertek portal uploads.
- Monitor daily production plan vs actual and support dispatch commitments.
- Finalize daily dispatch plans, coordinate truck requirements, and support export/domestic invoicing.
