- Develop compensation and reward programmes, policies and processes in line with company’s strategic plan, to attract and retain talents.
- Evaluate and ensure all compensation and benefit policies and procedures comply with current legislations.
- Ensure the compensation programs remain within the budgetary controls and assist with annual compensation analysis.
- Administer employee health and welfare insurance programmes (life, disability and health insurance plans) together with the employee savings or pension plans, global mandatory pension scheme and deferred compensation programmes.
- Conduct employee surveys, census and other research and demographic efforts required to collect accurate quotes from benefit providers and recommendations to the company’s benefits committee for new plans, updates or changes to existing plans.
- Drive and ensure all compensation initiatives through Workday.
- Developing and implementing the total rewards strategy, including salary benchmarking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events.
- Draft and ensure job descriptions, job analysis and classifications for all positions.
- Conduct yearly market compensation surveys; use market data to design the next year’s pay structure and update and maintain global pay structures in the Company’s HRIS.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration.
- Provides ongoing training and education to the team to ensure its ability to execute the Company and team goals and objectives.
- Builds a strong development team by effectively coaching and counselling employees and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, finance, business, or related field. Master's degree in Human resources is preferred.
