About the role
As the Head- Finance & Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity, compliance, and strategic
direction.You will lead a team of finance and accounting professionals, driving
excellence in financial operations and providing valuable insights to
support key decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
â Strategic Financial Planning : Support in building financial strategy through research that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Provide financial insight and recommendations to the CEO and
senior management team.
â Budgeting
and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and
manage monthly and quarterly financial
forecasting. Monitor financial performance against the budget and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
â Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial
statements, including income
statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, Dashboards and Automation. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
â Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow,
ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs and strategic investments.
â AP & AR: Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts
Payable (AP)
processes & Taxation ensuring accurate recording, timely reconciliation,
and effective communication with vendors and clients
