The role is responsible for driving product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for tax technology solutions, including Thomson Reuters OneSource.
The individual will ensure continuous improvement of products through innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making, while aligning with business, client, and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Thomson Reuters OneSource contract renewal/renegotiation and drive service improvements, including APIs and cloud capabilities.
- Define and execute product strategy by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes.
- Manage solution selection, including evaluation and decision-making for build vs. buy options.
- Define and obtain approval for product change programmes aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring prioritization and timely delivery of initiatives.
- Gather and translate customer and market insights into actionable product improvements.
- Create comprehensive product documentation including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
