Position Overview:

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process,

from identifying hiring needs to on boarding new hires. This role involves developing and

implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring

that the company attracts and retains the best talent. The Recruitment Manager will work

closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure that recruitment goals

are met.

Key Responsibilities:

improvements.

social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.

4.Selection Process:

oOversee the screening, interviewing, and selection process for all open

positions.

oEnsure that all candidates are evaluated fairly and consistently.

5.Employer Branding:

oPromote the company as an employer of choice through various branding

initiatives.
