Description
Specialized job competencies:

 Originate new deals in identified focus sectors and achieve assigned business targets

 Understand customer needs and propose products or lending terms to cater to these requirements, while adhering to risk management guidelines

 Carry out negotiations of lending terms and conditions with business representatives

 Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining high service standard and compliance

 Structure and present recent credit proposals to Credit/ Risk teams

 Ability to present proposals to management for seeking approvals

 Coordinating with internal stakeholders for successful conversion and disbursement

 Cross selling of other products

 Closure of any open deferrals / deviations

 Periodic portfolio monitoring and identification of any early warning signals

 Maintain portfolio MIS including calls-to-action, conversion status etc.
