Job Context: As the Asset Manager for Solar Site (ISTS), this role leads efficient and profitable plant operations with a focus on maximizing energy generation (PLF)
and minimizing losses (LPF). Success requires robust technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and effective stakeholder management, including coordination
with entities like State EB. The manager balances resource optimization, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation to ensure asset longevity. Addressing site-specific issues such as Right of Way (ROW) is also
critical. This role is essential for aligning field operations with strategic business goals.
