Role Overview
The Vice President – QA & QC will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously improving quality management systems across residential real estate projects, particularly high-rise residential developments.
The role will drive quality assurance processes across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, construction quality benchmarks, regulatory requirements, and internal quality protocols.
The incumbent will oversee site quality audits, material testing, vendor quality management, defect prevention strategies, and documentation compliance, ensuring that projects are delivered with the highest construction quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Quality Systems & Process Implementation

Develop and implement robust quality management systems (QMS) across all projects.

Establish standardized quality procedures, inspection protocols, and reporting mechanisms.

Ensure alignment with ISO standards and industry best practices.
Site Quality Assurance

Conduct periodic site quality audits across residential and high-rise projects.

Ensure adherence to approved construction methodologies and quality benchmarks.

Identify gaps in execution and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Material Testing & Quality Control

Oversee material testing procedures for concrete, steel, finishing materials, and other construction components.

Ensure materials meet specifications, regulatory standards, and project requirements.

Work closely with site teams and laboratories to validate quality compliance.
Vendor & Contractor Quality Management

Evaluate and monitor vendor and contractor quality performance.

Implement vendor quality assessment frameworks and periodic reviews.

Ensure vendors adhere to approved specifications, testing protocols, and quality guidelines
