About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who understands social media beyond posting and trends. This role requires someone who can think, write, analyze, and execute,someone who knows how platforms work, how audiences behave, and how performance is measured.

You will be responsible for planning and managing social media strategies across brands, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring content delivers both creative impact and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
- Plan content calendars backed by insights, analytics, and audience behavior
- Write original, engaging, and purpose-driven copies across different tones and industries
- Analyze content performance and use data to optimize future strategies
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends,



and algorithm shifts
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely execution and quality output.
- Coordinate with design and performance teams to ensure content is visually strong and strategically sound.

Requirements
Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media strategy and account management
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools (native platform insights or third-party tools)
- Strong writing and ideation skills with attention to clarity, tone, and intent
- Ability to manage timelines, feedback, and multiple stakeholders
- Background in marketing, communications, media, or related fields preferred
