Your Role (summary):

The IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, with a focus on cloud management, vendor management, and IT administration. This role requires a strategic thinker with leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure technologies.

You will be responsible for:

 Cloud Management:
 Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of all cloud-
based systems.
 Ensure the security, scalability,



and reliability of cloud infrastructure.
 Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement cloud solutions that meet business needs.
 Vendor Management:
 Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
 Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing.
 Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
 IT Administration:
 Oversee the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
 Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
 Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure effective and secure operations.
