Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Java Full Stack (Java FS) skilled with 5+ years of experience in Java software development. The role will develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications and systems while contributing to full-stack web application delivery.The position will support business objectives by delivering clean, maintainable, scalable, and reliable software; collaborating with cross-functional teams; resolving technical issues; and applying current Java, web development, database, and Agile engineering practices.

Software Requirements
Required
- Strong knowledge of Java and the Java EE platform.
- Experience using Java 8 or later and current supported Java versions, based on project requirements.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or JSF.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience with Git or equivalent version control systems.
- Understanding of RESTful web services and API integration.
- Experience with software development lifecycle practices,



including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code.
- Experience participating in code reviews and applying software development standards.
- Ability to debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Preferred
- Experience developing enterprise-scale Java full-stack applications.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, or related technologies.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Angular, React, or another modern frontend framework.
- Knowledge of microservices and distributed application development.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
