Job Description:

We are looking for Store and Despatch Executive for Gotan (Rajasthan) Factory , Gummidipoondi (Chennai) Factory and Sinnar (Nashik) Factory.

Responsibilities
- Daily routine jobs of stores and dispatch activities
- Record keeping of daily raw materials, packing materials incoming/outgoing
- Record keeping of daily finished goods incoming/outgoing
- Follow up with the transporter and minimize the delay for dispatch
- Coordination with the depots and warehouses to dispatch the correct products
- To take the corrective steps in coordination with the transporter to reach the materials in the destination without any damage
- Maintenance of FIFO system for the raw materials and finished goods
- Take corrective actions for the non-moving items in coordination with the other departments
- Daily report generation




- Monthly report generation
- Maintenance of ISO documents
- Maintenance of other documents
- Calibration of each and every equipment's related to the department

Requirements
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B. Sc./M.Sc.with 3 to 5 years experience in Paint unit.
- Age: up to 35 yrs
- Must have practical knowledge and competence to handle the department
- Should possess excellent knowledge of the latest trends in the industry
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Supply chain management degree from a reputed institute will be an added advantage
- CTC:- 35k per month
