Job Description

RLE India is looking for an experienced IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure and end-user systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in system administration, network management, IT security, and end-user support in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Administer Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions across systems and applications.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for hardware, software, network, and security issues.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of IT services.
- Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Manage endpoint security tools, antivirus,



patching, and system updates.
- Maintain backups, disaster recovery procedures, and data security standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software licensing, and AMC support.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities (system access, assets, email, VPN, etc.).
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and SOPs.

Technical Skills Required
- Solid experience in Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Good understanding of Networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, Firewalls)
- Experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of Endpoint Management & Security tools
- Basic knowledge of Linux administration is a plus
- Experience with Backup and Recovery tools
- Familiarity with ITIL pro
