Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and dependable General Manager / Operations Head to oversee the company’s end-to-end operations and ensure seamless functioning in the absence of the Owner. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for managing teams, operations, sales, and customer satisfaction, while driving strategic growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations across departments including execution or daily tasks like website and e-commerce onboarding and logistics.

Act as the primary point of authority for decision-making in the owner’s absence.

Ensure operational excellence through process improvement, optimization, and quality assurance.

Monitor inventory, vendor management, and supply chain for timely and effective delivery.

Identify operational risks and implement solutions proactively.

Support the owner in executing long-term vision and expansion initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management,



or related field.

3-5 years of experience in operations, general management, or business leadership (preferably in beauty, fashion, luxury retail, or consumer products).

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple business units.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Financial acumen and experience with performance tracking.

Self-driven, dependable, and able to perform under minimal supervision.
