Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (General Shift)
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 (depending on technical skills &
performance)

production team and seeking enthusiastic diploma holders to train and grow with
us as we develop new mechanical products and systems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in assembly operations of mechanical systems and
components under supervision.
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T; (Geometric
Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles.
- Work with suppliers for new component development—ensuring quality,
timelines, and coordination.
- Use various mechanical tools and power tools safely and
effectively.
- Work with materials (metals, plastics) and apply basic material
knowledge in practical tasks.
- Use measurement and inspection instruments (vernier calipers,
micrometers, gauge blocks,
etc.) to verify parts meet specifications.
- Understand and assist in manufacturing processes: VMC /
CNC machining, turning, milling, EDM, sheet metal work, surface treatments
(electroplating, powder coating, laser cutting, bending, marking).
- Learn basic metallurgy and heat treatment processes,
their effects on material properties.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives—identify areas for
process optimization and efficiency.
- Maintain documentation: component specs, inspection logs,
process sheets, deviations, supplier records.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Production / Manufacturing Engineering (or
equivalent).
- Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of relevant internship /
hands-on experience is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Good ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;
