Your Role
- Serve as a key member of the Supply Chain Maintenance team in Mumbai, safeguarding life science manufacturing operations.
- Maintain, inspect, and repair a wide range of electrical systems and equipment, including diesel generators, transformers, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and electrical panels.
- Maximize equipment uptime by proactive maintenance, rapid diagnostics, and effective fault isolation.
- Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards through disciplined work practices and documentation.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to embed Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) culture.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, efficiency, and maintenance processes.
- Drive energy optimization and cost reduction through automation, monitoring, and optimization of electrical systems.
- Prioritize protected working practices and risk mitigation to protect personnel and ensure consistent operations.
Who You Are
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- You bring hands-on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical systems, including diesel generators, transformers, electrical panels, and variable frequency drives.
- You have a solid understanding of local and national electrical safety regulations and ensure all work is performed in full compliance with applicable standards.
