To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Technical Business Development Manager - Food / Ingredients within the Customer Technical Service (CTS) team
This position will be located in Mumbai.

Purpose
The purpose of India Technical Business Developer Manager is to support Food Specialties products growth, especially starches and modified starches, leading the technical support and go-to-market strategy for India customers, driving mainly Nutrition, Dairy, Baking (Snacks) and Seasoning segments business growth.

and accelerates demand for Roquette’s Food Specialties portfolio by combining deep technical expertise with strategic market development.

The role drives segment growth based on sales strategy by:
•Building a robust sales funnel by identifying and developing new business opportunities (BOP),
•Leading technical concept creation and application development
•Strongly supporting together with the sales the conversion of the BOPs into wins
•Supporting customers with solid technical applicative know-how and training, and
•Acting as the single point of contact for business development and technical engagement.

This role bridges market needs from customers and technical solutions from Roquette, converting them into commercial wins through strong collaboration with Sales, CTS, Marketing, R&D; and regional customers.
