Qualifications Required:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
- Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is Required
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations in Pune.
- Robust negotiation and closing skills,
with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Client Relationship Management:
