Chance Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join Upland India as a QA Analyst I for our RightAnswers product. The individual will work as a QA on manual testing.

What would you do?
- Test new features and bug fixes of the product before release.
- Develop manual tests and execute functional, application, security, performance,and regression testing.
- Record, analyze and report on test results and complex issues.
- Interact with QA, Product Owners, andDevelopment team members to understand the testing requirements.
- Participate in planning meetings to iron out a testing plan upfront.
- Test API endpoints using an API Tool like Postman.
- Know basic SQL commands and queries.
- Generate, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright or Similar Tools to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort.

The following skills are needed for this role.

3-5 years

Primary Skills: The candidate must possess the following primary skills:




- Writing and executing manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Basic SQL commands
- API testing using tools like Postman
- Practical Agile and Scrum
- Google Chrome Dev Tools
- Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable Playwright test scripts or Similar Tools in JavaScript.

Secondary Skills: It would be advantageous if the candidate also has the following secondary skills:
- Search concepts
- Experience with CRMs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow)

Soft Skills:
- Thrives collaborating in a team workplace with a diverse range of people.
