Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager - MICE & Packages

Reports to: Operations Manager/Director

Department: Tours & Travel/MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events)

Location: Delhi - Vikaspuri

Job Summary:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing MICE events, packages, and travel operations. Ensure seamless delivery of services, exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

MICE Events:
- Coordinate logistics, venues, catering, and entertainment for conferences, meetings, and incentives.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.

Packages:
- Develop and manage package tours, including itinerary planning and pricing.
- Liaise with suppliers (hotels, transportation, activities).
- Ensure package quality, competitiveness, and compliance.

Operations:
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including staff supervision.
- Monitor and report on operational performance.
- Implement process improvements.

Client Relations:




- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle queries, feedback, and concerns.

Administrative:
- Manage documentation, reports, and records.
- Maintain vendor contracts and negotiations.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in MICE operations, travel, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and industry-specific software.

Desirable:
- Industry certifications (e.g., CMP, CMM).
- Knowledge of destination management.
- Language proficiency (additional languages).
