The Digital Learning & Experience Design Analyst – Technical Content Developer plays a key role in creating high‑quality digital learning experiences that support TMF’s internal teams and client users.
This role blends instructional design, technical content creation, and digital experience design to translate complex systems and processes into transparent, engaging, and effective learning materials. Working closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams, the Analyst ensures learning content is always aligned with platform functionality, product releases, and service line updates. The role also contributes to maintaining a strong learning ecosystem by managing digital content platforms, training environments, and engagement tools.
