Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and technically adept Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of client projects for our IT Services organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with US-based clients, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires a strong foundation in project coordination, stakeholder communication, reporting, documentation, and advanced proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Must have experience in technical development or cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple client engagements.




- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, risk trackers, and action items.
- Facilitate project meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure accountability across teams.
- Create executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and project summaries.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with US-based clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Support resource planning, project tracking, and operational reporting.
- Analyze project data and generate meaningful insights using Excel and reporting tools.
- Ensure adherence to project management processes and documentation standards.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO
