About the role:
We are looking for a QA Content Lead to oversee the quality, accuracy, and consistency of LRN’s content deliverables across client projects. This role will be responsible for defining quality standards, leading a team of QA specialists, and ensuring that all customized learning content meets LRN’s high standards and client expectations.
The ideal candidate combines solid editorial judgment, process rigor, and team leadership, with experience in content quality assurance—preferably in e-learning, compliance, or B2B environments.

What you'll do:
. Quality Assurance Strategy & Standards
- Define and implement QA frameworks, guidelines, and checklists for content across formats (e-learning modules, translations, assessments, etc.)
