Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager/Manager - Maintenance

Location: Howrah - Kolkata

Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Industries: Wire

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Routine, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of Plant machinery, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Gear Boxes, Water, RO&DM; water Plant, Pneumatic & Hydraulic equipment’s,
- Chillers & AHU ,ETP & STP Plant, OTO & SLM Machines
- Use key Parameter like KPI, MTTR, MTBF, Downtime, and maintenance cost data for improve OEE
- Participate effectively in 5 S’s, Kaizen
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance for increasing machine availability
- Working experience of Workshop Machines like Lathe, Milling, Shaper & drill machines
- Responsible for minimum downtime & spares managements (Indenting, Specifications ,Utilization)




- Effective man power planning and utilization
- Implementation of ISO 9001, TS 16949, OHSAS 18001
- Provide Internal & External training for improving Skill Matrix of maintenance department
- Perform root cause analysis for breakdown
