What You Will Do:
- Creating ways to measure and assess engagement - example, surveys
- Support assessing the impact that people practices, and policies have on the employee experience.
- Assist to create proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being through interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural flair creative communication.
- Support creation of engagement dashboards like – employee engagement dashboards, Diversity dashboards etc.
- Should be a social media enthusiast and watch over the trends of other organizations leveraging on social media like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Work on various employee engagement initiatives organization wide.
- Support the team with organization communication channels.
- Constant learner and active listener with an inclusive mindset.
- Flexible to work in shifts and that includes night shift also.

What You Will Need:




- Postgraduates in Human Resource Management (MBA with specialization in HR) regular / fulltime.
- Relevant experience of 1 year and above.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and word Mandatory.
