Job Title: Lead Analyst – Remittance

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Lead Analyst to manage end-to-end remittance operations, including ACH processing, bill payments, and treasury cash management, along with leading technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage ACH processing, bill payments, and check clearing operations
- Oversee inward and outward remittance processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle treasury cash management activities and fund movements
- Lead technical implementation of remittance systems and process enhancements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients/banks for smooth transactions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities

Required Skills & Experience




- Robust experience in ACH, remittance operations, and payment processing
- Knowledge of check clearing and treasury cash management
- Experience in inward/outward remittance handling
- Exposure to technical implementation / system integration projects
- Good understanding of banking operations and payment systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
- Experience in banking / financial services / BPO environment
- Familiarity with ERP or payment platforms
