What You Will Do

The Specialist, Institutional Portfolio Operations serves as the key provider of accurate investment portfolio data to the entire CC&L; family and their clients. In this role, you will:
- Institutional Billing: Prepare and issue management fee invoices for institutional clients, funds, and affiliated entities on both a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Assets Under Management (AUM)



Reporting: Administrator the AUM reporting process by producing monthly and quarterly reports and supporting data requests from Investment Teams, Sales, RFP, and Senior Management.
- Operational Projects: Contribute to initiatives focused on automation, process efficiency, and enhancing the scalability of IPO’s service offerings.
- Information Management: Communicate critical portfolio details and manage the secure flow of sensitive information across all CC&L; affiliates.

What You Will Bring
- Investment Knowledge: You have an undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce or a related field and a genuine interest in the investment industry.
- Industry knowledge: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company, where you have acquired operational expertise. Fund accounting experience is considered a strong asset.
