Business Development Executive – Job Description (3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with 3 years of experience to support business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and references.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Schedule and attend client meetings and follow-ups.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and close business deals.
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in IT Staffing,



Recruitment, or IT Services industry is preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client handling.
- Good understanding of B2B sales process.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong presentation and follow-up skills.

- Experience in handling domestic or international clients.
- Familiarity with recruitment/staffing process.
