Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
- 5 years of experience using analytics or project management tools to solve business issues.
- Experience working in shared services, captives, or managing multi-vendor/Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
- Experience monitoring supplier performance metrics, tracking KPIs and SLA adherence.
Preferred qualifications:
- Expertise in financial modeling, cost/spend analysis, and contract lifecycle optimization.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with experience resolving conflicts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process maturity and continuous improvements.
