Job Summary
We are looking for a Systems & Applications Analyst to support our internal business applications, CRM systems, platform testing, API integrations and technology projects. The role will work closely with business teams and the development team to improve workflows, support system enhancements and help implement new technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable testing new tools hands-on, API documentation and setup/testing, using platforms such as postman, validating system behaviour and translating business requirements into transparent functional and technical requirements for implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing business applications, SaaS platforms, sandbox environments or vendor-provided tools.
- Understanding of API authentication, request/response structures,



error codes, data mapping and integration testing.
- Create test cases, document bugs, validate fixes and coordinate UAT.
- Document test findings, limitations, bugs, integration gaps, and implementation recommendations.
- Experience coordinating with platforms, technology partners and internal development teams.
- Administer and support CRM integrations including fields, forms, reports, dashboards, user access and data quality checks.
- Provide day-to-day application support to internal users and troubleshoot system, workflow, access, and reporting issues.
- Help evaluate new tools and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user adoption.

Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a systems analyst, CRMs, product operations, technology support roles.
- Familiarity with software testing, UAT, bug tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with CRM or business appl
