Description

ROLE PURPOSE:

Facilitates the visa process while ensuring a connected and seamless approach to the service for

applicants across the admissions and visa service. The role comprises visa administration responsible

for the day-to-day administration of visa compliance, such as the assistance/creation of issuing of

short-term study visa letters, including monitoring attendance in line with Gedu Global Education

policies. The right candidate will have approximately 3-6 years of experience processing visa

applications for Dubai, the UK or Europe, ideally focusing on Malta.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the visa application process, ensuring that all applications are processed promptly

and efficiently and providing support throughout the admissions and visa service.

• Conduct research on immigration regulations and policies to ensure compliance and develop

and implement policies and procedures related to visa processing and compliance.

• Respond to inquiries from applicants and provide guidance and support throughout the visa

application process.





• Create and issue short-term study visa letters to international students, ensuring that all

necessary information is included and that letters are issued in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of visa-related information, including applicant information and

visa application status, and provide regular updates and reports on the status of visa

applications and other visa-related matters.

• Identify areas for improvement within the visa process and recommend changes to policies

and procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure a seamless and

integrated approach to the admissions and visa service.

• Provide guidance and training to colleagues and other stakeholders on visa-related matters.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes and developments in immigration regulations

and policies to ensure compliance.
