Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets in the assigned territory.
- Promote cement products to key stakeholders such as builders, contractors, developers, architects, structural consultants, engineers, and government departments.
- Provide technical guidance on cement applications, concrete quality, mix design, and construction best practices.
- Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing projects and recommend suitable cement solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate demand through project tracking and market development.
- Lead and guide the territory technical/sales team to improve productivity and customer engagement.
- Organize mason meets, contractor meets, engineer seminars,



and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility.
- Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with Quality, Production, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and provide regular market intelligence reports.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, technical visit reports, and business forecasts.
- Coordinate with marketing and commercial teams for promotional campaigns and new product launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and reporting procedures.
