About the Role:
The role involves working on critical, high-availability payment systems running on mainframe platforms to ensure stability, security, and uninterrupted service.

What you will be doing :
- Work on Credit, Debit, and Prepaid card processing systems.
- Quickly resolve production issues and perform thorough root cause analysis (RCA).
- Enhance system stability and reduce recurring incidents.
- Participate in system resiliency and disaster recovery (DR) activities.
- Automate manual processes wherever possible.
- Use monitoring tools to track performance, alerts, and system health.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams during issue investigations.




- Will be working in 24/7 Rotational Shifts

What you bring :
- 4 to 12 years’ experience in Mainframe to support banking applications related to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Prepaid Cards.
- Good Experience in CICS,DB2,JCL,VSAM,COBOL
- Valuable Experience in automation.
- Proficiency in data monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of high availability and system resiliency concepts.
- Ability to handle critical production incidents independently.

Added bonus if you have :
- Knowledge of REXX
- Knowledge of Assembler
