About the Position
As a Senior Technical Writer at Xylem, you will be part of the Global Technical Communication Center of Excellence,
responsible for developing world-class customer documentation (Hardware/Software). You will author and manage content within a Component Content Management System (CCMS), collaborating closely with Project Coordinators and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) globally. Your work will support customers of Xylem products and systems through transparent, accurate, and user-focused documentation such as Installation and Operation Instructions, Service Manuals, and other technical publications.
As you grow in this role, you will have opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement projects, process optimization, and training initiatives within Xylem’s documentation ecosystem.
