You love reading and processing huge amounts of information and then intelligently capturing the essence of that as “Insights” tailored for executive decision making. You also enjoy browsing through industry reports, competitors’ websites, marketing materials to understand industry trends & landscape.

You’ll be working in the demand generation team that’s fuelling the phenomenal growth of our company. Did we mention we’re a fast-paced setting?

As Assistant Manager of Market Insights, You Will…

Mine, analyze,



synthesize volumes of information towards developing market insight reports and bulletins relevant to our demand generation ecosystems
Continually track industry reports, competition reports/developments, technology & product development trends within BPO industry and analyze/predict market trends
Identify strategic opportunities and critical success factors required to achieve business growth within our industry
Keep pace with market changes including M&A;
Conduct extensive secondary research on outsourcing industry analyst reports for ex - Everest, Gartner, Forrester, Frost, ISG etc.
Work on custom research projects with sole ownership, high accuracy, and timely delivery
Work on projects that include target accounts and competitor profile preparation, technology, and outsourcing trends
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation
Collect data on
