Duties and Responsibilities
Strategy Execution & End‑to‑End Accountability




- Execute the cluster supply chain and fulfilment strategy for India, translating strategic priorities into daily operational execution.
- Own end‑to‑end supply chain performance covering replenishment from plant, international freight, importation, customs & trade compliance, warehousing (3PL), transportation and distribution (3PL/4PL), inventory management, customer service, and reverse logistics.
- Ensure supply chain capabilities are scalable, compliant, and aligned to current and future business growth, including direct government supply models.

Financial Ownership & Cost Optimisation
- Own India fulfilment cost budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet Supply Chain P&L; targets.
- Drive productivity, cost optimisation, and working‑capital improvements while maintaining service, quality, and compliance standards.
