The teacher must be able to teach Hindi both as a second language and as a third language at the primary level. The role also requires moderate proficiency in English to support effective communication, collaboration with colleagues, and academic documentation within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with the Central Board of Secondary Education primary curriculum
- Teach Hindi as a second or third language using appropriate and differentiated teaching strategies
- Develop students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through structured and interactive activities
- Use experiential, activity-based, and language-rich teaching methods
- Design and implement formative and summative assessments as per board guidelines
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Integrate stories, poems, dramatization, and cultural elements into instruction
- Collaborate with grade-level teams and academic coordinators
- Maintain accurate lesson plans, assessments, and student records
- Communicate effectively with parents and the school community
- Uphold child safeguarding, academic integrity, and qualified ethics
