We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Executive - Sales with experience in client acquisition, lead management, and business development & Executive – Sales for Freshers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation across education and brand-focused solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels including digital campaigns, referrals, networking, events, and outbound activities.
- Conduct prospecting, follow-ups, and client interactions through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions/services effectively.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, counselling sessions, and product/service demonstrations.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital marketing, social media, and performance teams) for campaign execution and client deliverables.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, education fairs, networking events, and client meetings as required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience for Senior Executive role in Sales / Business Development /
Marketing / Client Acquisition roles.
- 0-1 year of experience for Freshers.
- Experience in digital marketing, education services, agency sales
