About the Role

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Tester with strong experience in Robot Framework and Python to join our Quality Engineering team.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining automation frameworks, implementing automation best practices, and driving the transition from manual testing to an automation-first QA approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python.
- Build and enhance UI automation solutions using Playwright and Selenium.
- Define and implement QA automation strategies, standards, and processes.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve test coverage, efficiency, and release quality.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage across applications, dashboards, and data sources.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster releases.
- Manage test cases, execution, reporting, and defect tracking using tools such as Jira and QMetry.
